Position : Senior Manager, Cross Border Operations
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Cross border/Import business supply chain which includes KPI management, Daily/Weekly issue resolution, SOP definition and enhancement, and last mile fulfillment
2. Define and execute against import requirements by category and work with business stakeholders to manage the fulfillment of cross border customer orders for millions of selections.
3. Manage 3rd party import and fulfillment partners. Lead the planning and KPI mgt structure to drive performance to standards and targets with these partners.
4. Be main PIC for communicating with internal stakeholders across Coupang locations in relation to import related subjects for Taiwan
Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of related experience
• Experience on Cross Border Operation or from the courier side is highly advantageous
• Strong retail, logistics, or e-commerce background with proven ability to drive change
• Existing relationship with Taiwan Customs is preferable.
• The ideal candidate will possess a range of skill set such as leadership development, analytical skills, strong compliance knowledge, think systemically, self-motivation, deep curiosity about how things work.
• Ability to prioritize work and to find a way in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
• Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
• Fluency in Chinese and strong communication in English
