Role:

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will lead our email & whatsapp marketing strategy to engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions. This role is crucial in delivering impactful, data-driven  campaigns that enhance our brand and support business objectives. This role will play a significant role in scaling India business 0-1. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to reactivate dormant leads ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
• Manage the journey orchestrations, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
• Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Hubspot , providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and managing complex campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of email & whatsapp marketing best practices, tools, and metrics.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid).
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
