About the Role: 

As the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, you will lead a team to execute all financial aspects of Fetch’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in guiding our financial strategy, optimizing company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company's growth and objectives. This role will report to the VP of Corporate Finance.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships, or fundraising events.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the organization.
  • Implement financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

Skills we believe you need in this position.

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles.
  • Must have in-house tech experience. 
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and corporate finance best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing complex financial transactions and negotiations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Compensation:

  • At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $205,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
