We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing Operations to drive the optimization and scaling of our marketing and creative workflows. You will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflow management, and promoting cross-team integration to ensure seamless execution of our marketing vision. The ideal candidate will excel at managing teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration, improving client management support, and delivering a world-class client experience while driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Operational efficiency: Implement and refine processes that reduce operational inefficiencies, enabling teams to focus on strategic, high-impact work. Ensure that workflows are optimized to deliver on the broader Consumer Marketing OKRs.
- Workflow management: Develop and manage end-to-end marketing workflows that support seamless execution of Consumer Marketing campaigns and creative processes. Drive alignment across teams to optimize for scalability and growth.
- Cross-team collaboration and leadership: Lead collaborative efforts and streamline operations to foster innovation and shared success, supporting team alignment and scalable growth. Partner with marketing leadership on capacity planning, resource forecasting, and process optimization. Use strategic insights and data analysis to anticipate needs and prevent bottlenecks.
- Client management support: Partner with client-facing teams to align marketing operations with client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed expectations. Facilitate smooth client interactions by supporting teams with scalable processes.
- Scalability & tools development: Design and implement scalable tools, processes, and systems to grow the marketing and creative functions. Plan for future needs, ensuring the organization can adapt to changes and maintain efficiency as it grows.
- Team leadership & development: Manage and mentor a marketing operations team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career development.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree.
- 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, building scalable processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute complex marketing initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, with a focus on fostering individual growth and building a high-performance culture. Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Proven expertise in creative operations, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, and process optimization for high-performing teams.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable tools and systems that support the growth and efficiency of marketing operations, ensuring future readiness for cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and ensure alignment on strategies and deliverables.
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to leverage insights and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and reduce uncertainty for teams.
- A "builder" mentality—someone ready to create scalable solutions, and lead the team through growth and change.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $128,130 - $180,990 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $147,350 - $208,140 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $160,163 - $226,240 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $166,569 - $235,290 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
