We're looking for a Senior Manager, Commerce Media- Europe to join our expanding European Digital Commerce team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile media expert who specializes in building best-in-class retail media strategies and plans for CPG brands.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong experience of how to build and flawlessly execute best-in-class retail media campaigns onsite across Amazon and Retailer platforms.

Work with our Clients to develop a Retail Media strategy and in turn support by guiding the search & DSP team with clear strategy and direction.

Develop and collaborate on keyword, ad group, audience and targeting strategy, and refine overall activation plan based on client objectives and vendor/platform capabilities.

Work hand in hand with the search team to streamline client communications, sharing best practice and feedback directly to our clients.

Support with developing retail strategy, client media mix, and budget allocations.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to take ownership of budget allocation and tracking, invoicing queries and reporting and meeting cadence.

Partner with our global leads to drive global best practice and alignment.

Have clear understanding of campaign set-up, performance and reporting structure, and clearly set and communicate performance expectations with internal and external teams.

Help manage team workflow, training, and internal project reviews.

Report back on campaign performance. Collaborate with vendor and search team to provide campaign data, insights and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, media strategy and results.

Vet and keep up to date with Retail Media Network partners to develop strategic relationships and unlock opportunities to drive growth for our clients.

Keep up to date with Retail Media trends, invocation and emerging channels and platforms sharing opportunities with client and internal teams.

Reports to VP Digital Commerce, Europe. No immediate direct reports.
SKILLS NEEDED:
-
5+ years of experience in retail search space with previous Amazon experience
-
Confident presenter and clear, persuasive communicator (verbal and written) of complicated information.

Doer (v. a talker) with a “roll up your sleeves and figure it out” mentality.

Exceptional Excel skills are necessary (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc)

Google Suite Experience (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Retail media buying or planning experience on one or more of the following platforms is required – Amazon, Criteo or Citrus Ads or in house at a Retail Media Network or agency. (With knowledge including actively building and implementing keyword, ad group, audience & targeting strategies in-platform; real-time bidding expertise; proactive campaign monitoring; optimization; and results-based reporting.)
