  • We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in one or more domains from the following: Telecom, MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler), BSS (Business Support Systems) , SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), SDP (Service Delivery Platform), Carrier Billing, VAS (Value-Added Services), OCS (Online Charging System), SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network), and IoT (Internet of Things). The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of the Agile Scrum framework and hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. As a ProgramManager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading complex projects and programs within your domain(s), while also facilitating and promoting Agile Scrum practices across the organization.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Project and Program Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects and programs within your domain(s) of expertise. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Domain Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the specific domain(s) you specialize in, such as Telecom, MVNO, MVNE, SaaS, PaaS, SDP, Carrier Billing, Value Added Services, OCS, SD-WAN, or IoT. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement within projects.
  • Agile Scrum Implementation: Utilize your knowledge of the Agile Scrum framework to facilitate the adoption and successful implementation of Agile practices within project teams. Act as a Scrum Master when required, leading Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, project teams, clients, and vendors. Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within your domain(s) and develop mitigation plans to address them. Proactively resolve issues that arise during project execution to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage project budgets, and track financials to ensure projects are delivered within established constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within your domain(s) to maintain high standards of project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, conducting lessons learned sessions, and implementing best practices specific to your domain(s) and Agile Scrum practices.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  •  
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Telcom, or a related domain. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience (8-10 years) as a Program Manager with expertise in one or more of the following domains: Telecom, MVNO, MVNE, SaaS, PaaS, SDP, Carrier Billing, VAS, OCS, SD-WAN, or IoT.
  • Solid understanding of the Agile Scrum framework and hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.

  • •            Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • •            Juniper Network Certified Enterprise Routing and Switching Expert
  • •            Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Enterprise Infrastructure (desired)
  • •            Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Service Provider (desired)
