Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. The incumbent will be part of VCA geographic team cluster of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand markets (SMT), and will be responsible for consulting engagements with Visa's clients in the three markets. The team is involved in a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management, digital strategy and data-driven portfolio management decisions.

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's clients, including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants. The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services, data analytics and solutions to our clients that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management and digital strategy.
We are currently looking for a Manager to undertake the delivery and execution of consulting engagements for Visa clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, enabling portfolio growth and improved profitability in clients’ payment card business. The Manager will also be responsible in managing all resources in the Consulting Delivery Hub in deploying the consultants to engagements across SMT based on capabilities. The management of the Consulting Delivery Hub is critical in deriving the maximum operating efficiencies and establishing execution excellence for our clients.
