Senior Manager, Analytics-Remote

As the Senior Manager, Analytics you will oversee a portion of a client (line of business or channel) from end-to-end and to serve as the analytics partner for client teams. You will deliver data-driven, strategic marketing insights with the support of associates; only needing assistance from senior team members for high-level meetings.

You will also manage their engagements and define project deliverables. You will have a natural curiosity, digging through data to support recommendations and hypotheses. You will report directly to the Associate Director, Analytics.

WE WELCOME REMOTE CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE US.

  • You will have at least 5 years of experience in a quantitative business environment; CPG and Agency experience highly preferred
  • You will have at least 1 years in marketing analytics with knowledge of the media planning process
  • You will have hands-on experience in third party media tracking and reporting tools (CM360, DV360, Meta, SA360, Google Ads, etc.)
  • You will have experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau)
  • You will have advanced in SQL, Python, or R
  • You will be proficient in PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • You will supports the development of measurement strategies; learning agendas and roadmaps with input from senior team members and team members.
  • You will deliver data requirements, dashboards, custom and ad hoc analyses.
  • You will ensure all work delivered is high quality and accurate. Identify data discrepancy and troubleshoot when need.
  • You will Independently deliver results and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • You will demonstrate strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.
  • You will develop subject matter expertise in both traditional (Linear TV) and digital media (Social, OLV, Search, eCommerce, Shopper, etc.)
  • You will contribute to the success of other team members by providing training, knowledge sharing and best practices
  • You will mentor and educate junior and offshore team members on job-relevant skills (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • You will manage communication up and down the organization to keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and successes.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
