Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Analytics is responsible for leading the Go To Market (GTM) organization's data-driven decision-making processes. This role involves creating analytics strategies and leveraging data insights to drive business growth and efficiency across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytical initiatives with business objectives. A strong candidate has a passion for serving clients, possesses a process engineering mindset, and demonstrates strong skills in data/analytics. 

This role is expected to build/manage Brain team member(s) and partner with other internal teams to build scalable solutions and leverage data in a way that improves our performance. The key success metrics will be demonstrated ROI in existing accounts, increasing utilization of Brain robots, maintaining high gross revenue retention, and supporting revenue expansion opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Analytics function within the Go To Market (GTM) organization.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of analytical models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and security while optimizing data infrastructure and processes.
  • Provide actionable insights through data visualization, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Partner with Business Systems and Data Engineering teams to acquire the necessary data input and ensure relevant access to architectures/platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reporting structures for leadership review.
  • Independently interact with senior leaders at client organizations (business, technology, or analytical functions) in a way that elevates the Brain brand and represents the strength of our analytical solutions. This includes demonstrated strength in written and verbal communications. 
  • Drive a culture of data literacy and encourage data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Support Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure their analytical needs are being met. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with other analytical teams across Brain to ensure collaboration and minimal redundancy of work. 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics: 

  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms. BigQuery and PowerBI preferred. 
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in business analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
  • Experience with big data technologies, cloud computing, and database management.
  • Proven track record of translating data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and strong active listening skills to clearly understand customers’ problem statements and technical needs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills combined with excellent business acumen.
  • A sense of urgency to resolve customer escalations quickly and efficiently.
  • A passion for working with data and technical products to create business value. 
  • Strong leadership skills, agile to adjust to other people’s needs and achieve impact through others.

Salary Range:

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Bentonville, Arkansas is $135,000 to $175,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Brain Corp is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
