We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Analyst to join our Electro-Optic Technology Division. This division is at the forefront of providing programmatic and life cycle logistics support for a range of Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) projects. We deliver comprehensive life cycle support for military and national security EO/IR and laser systems, serving the warfighter across various branches including the Navy, USMC, Air Force, and SOCOM. Our focus spans airborne, maritime, and ground electro-optics systems, with an emphasis on product support and logistics to enhance operational readiness and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth programmatic support for EO/IR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with military requirements.
- Collect, review, and analyze information to assess program performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Define the nature and extent of problems affecting EO/IR systems, leveraging analytical methods to pinpoint underlying causes.
- Devise and recommend actionable strategies to resolve identified problems, enhancing program effectiveness.
- Compile and present findings and recommendations to Government stakeholders through both written reports and oral presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science/Arts (BS/BA) in a related field with at least 10 years of experience supporting ACAT I, II, or III programs as a Program Analyst.
- Active Secret Clearance Required.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management, resource management, and risk quantification/analysis.
- Leadership skills, with at least seven years of experience leading teams in the preparation of program acquisition documentation and presentation material.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a business-related field with at least 15 years of experience supporting ACAT I, II, or III programs as a Program Analyst.
- Expertise in Earned Value Management, resource management, and risk quantification/analysis.
- Proven leadership experience, with at least 10 years leading teams in preparing program acquisition documentation and presentation material.
