We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is an expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced NLP models that help to improve our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and deploy scalable NLP solutions.

Requirements

Essential Functions - a/k/a Your Mission

  • Design, develop, and deploy NLP models and systems that leverage machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Work with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research in NLP, machine learning, and related fields, and apply that knowledge to our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support NLP workflows.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization to ensure that our NLP solutions are integrated into our products and services in a seamless manner.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the team.

Who You Are…

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building and deploying NLP solutions using machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Knowledge of NLP techniques such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling.
  • Experience with data processing and analysis tools such as Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.

Experience with data storage technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The pay range for our roles are market based and commensurate with multiple factors. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.; with the salary starting at $120,000.
