We are looking for a passionate Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop robust solutions to real-world, large-scale problems that have a direct impact on the business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ML Engineering and working in a product model using Scrum. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will own projects end-to-end, from conception to operationalization, demonstrating an understanding of the full ML model lifecycle. Strong communication skills are critical in this role to provide technical solutions and collaborate with your teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop robust solutions to real-world, large-scale problems
- Own projects end-to-end, from conception to operationalization

- Design and implement scalable applications leveraging predictive models and optimization programs
- Contribute to core advanced analytics and machine learning platforms and tools
Must Have:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in Python
- Experience with SQL and Spark
- Knowledge of applied data science methods and machine learning algorithms
- Data wrangling experience with structured and unstructured data
- Experience with cloud architecture and technologies (preferably AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker)
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts
- Background in mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Familiarity with principles of solution architecture and technical design
- Effective communication skills (with team members, the business, and in code)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a product model using Scrum
