Endpoint is looking for an experienced Senior Low Code Analyst to join our Solution Analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will work with Product, Strategic Ops, and Analytic teams to develop internal tools and solve unique challenges in the real estate industry. Along with demonstrating technical and analytical skills, you will manage stakeholders across the organization to deliver end-to-end solutions. Your role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, enabling us to deliver high-impact software quickly.

As a Senior Low Code Analyst, you will use your skills to:
- Leverage low-code and no-code platforms (Retool, Appian, Zoho) to design, build, and maintain applications, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Own and manage end-to-end lifecycle of solutions from ideation to deployment.
- Integrate solutions with existing systems, databases, and Endpoint’s core-products to maintain a unison Product vision.
- Design and implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces within low-code/no-code.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and build workflow automation.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on tools by documenting application features, logic, and configuration.
You’ll come to Endpoint with:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience developing tools and frameworks, rapid and prototyping applications and application wireframes leveraging low-code/no-code solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, software development and data analysis skill sets, with a delivery Agile mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Working knowledge of current application UI standards (HTML, CSS, and human interfaces)
- Familiarity with unstructured and structured data stores and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Dynamo, CloudWatch Logs)
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field - mathematics, economics, statistics or similar is a plus
- Certification in low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

- We offer competitive compensation; base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to an annual bonus.
- The Senior Low Code Analyst role pays between $145,000 and $175,000 per year and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
