We are seeking a Senior LivePerson SME to join our team remotely.
The project involves migrating from Genesys to LivePerson, addressing any issues encountered during the migration process, and implementing necessary customizations.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing chat and messaging bots.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chat or messaging bots.
- Assist in planning and estimating development projects/sprints.
- Take part in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Work in an agile environment, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Provide Live person expertise in setting up new accounts and maintain/upkeep existing accounts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience in software development and technical architecture, with experience in leading technical teams.
- Must have hands-on LivePerson experience.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Javascript and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile software development methodologies.
