Senior Linux SysAdmin (VPN Team)

Calling all tech wizards and infrastructure enthusiasts - our infrastructure team is seeking a new member! As a part of this team, you’d be responsible for keeping all our systems and servers humming like a well-oiled machine. And don’t worry - they won’t leave you facing the challenges alone. This team of Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Monitoring Experts, Infrastructure Analysts, Cloud Specialists, and Security Supervisors is a tight-knit group that loves to have fun, tackle problems, and grow together. So, if you’re a tech-savvy go-getter with a love for all things infrastructure, we want you on our Infrastructure team! If you want to:
  • Manage global VPN infrastructure (Linux servers);
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a global VPN network;
  • Work on optimization of VPN infrastructure resource usage and performance-boosting initiatives;
  • Maintain VPN infrastructure technology roadmap;
  • Design, improve, and take care of scaled server infrastructure automated management;
  • Work on continuous improvement of the VPN infrastructure and its monitoring.
  • And you can check off:
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration or similar roles;
  • Linux geek with an expertise in Linux kernel patching and compilation;
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially with kernel behaviour;
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, and Ansible;
  • Familiarity with Radius authentication and accounting mechanisms;
  • Experience with MySQL database high availability and disaster recovery considered as an advantage;
  • Solid understanding of networking, including filtering, routing, and advanced routing in Linux;
  • Experience with critical systems at scale and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
  • Interest in cybersecurity;
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
