Our Team is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.
What will you do:
- Assistance and managing the projects for authorizations in different countries
- Drafting business plans, different manuals required, and other legal documents
- Doing research under regulation of different countries
- Overseeing and giving the right advice on licences applications
- Agreement review and managing some part of corporate tasks (company formation, etc.);
- Advising on different legal and regulatory matters, etc.
We expect:
- At least 5 years PQE. Previous law firm/regulated company experience is an advantage
- Experience with businesses that have presence in multiple jurisdictions
- Experience with dealing with external legal & compliance consultants
- Experience in applying for various licences
- Advanced English
- Analytical skills, commercially oriented and eager to understand how the business operates to the very last detail
- A quick learner.
