Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team in Switzerland fixed-term until end of 2025.

Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

  • Crafting and negotiating contracts for Customer Experience Management (CXM), including website and app development, as well as handling personal data processing agreements.
  • Drafting and negotiating media service contracts.
  • Providing expert legal advice in intellectual property and competition law within the IT sector.
  • Collaborating closely with business units, including conducting training sessions.
  • Addressing legal matters related to labor law, temporary employment, nearshoring, and offshoring.
  • Offering guidance on personal data protection, with a thorough understanding of GDPR and Swiss data protection legislation.
  • Developing pragmatic solutions in partnership with business units and stakeholders.
  • Management of and liaising with external lawyers and consultants.
  • Conducting training for staff members.

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a legal setting, either within a law firm or a corporate legal department.
  • Swiss bar qualification and a very good academic record.
  • Insight into the workings of international corporations.
  • Proficient in intellectual property and data protection laws.
  • Familiarity with corporate law.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
  • A proactive partner to the business, aiding in strategic decisions.
  • Goal-driven, with an efficient work ethic.
  • A collaborative team member.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Business proficiency in English and German, with French being a plus.
