The Team:
You will be part of the Celonis Academy team which empowers Celonauts, Customers, Partners and Students to be successful with Celonis by creating and delivering impactful learning experiences. We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop Celonis’ online and instructor-led training.
Specifically, you will join the Product Online Training Team which creates training on Celonis products for various Celonis users (e.g. business user, analyst, data engineer). This team also has a particular focus on the enablement journey of Celonis’ customer and corporate partners, including training and certification programs.
The Role:
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you work with various subject matter experts to conceptualize, design, create and maintain online training content on a large variety of topics. You use innovative learning technologies to do so, offering highly interactive and engaging learning experiences. As part of the Product Online team, your content will focus on enabling business users and process leads on using Celonis products across customer journeys.
Example topics include getting started training to onboard business users to Celonis dashboards, to explaining advanced process intelligence features to power-users. With your training, our customers will be able to scale process intelligence as fast as Celonis has grown!
More than 300,000 learners worldwide consume the content you create, predominantly Celonis corporate partners but also customers, academic partners and internal employees. Through the feedback channel with our learners, you will directly see the impact of your work.
