We are seeking a dynamic Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective learning and development programs that foster employee growth and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design:
Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of our tech-savvy workforce.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and opportunities for employee development.
Content Creation:
Create innovative learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and multimedia resources.
Performance Improvement:
Collaborate with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals and performance metrics.
Talent Development:
Implement career development pathways and mentorship programs to nurture and retain top talent.
Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
Technology Integration:
Leverage the latest technologies and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver training efficiently.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute training programs that drive performance and engagement.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
Analytical mindset with experience in assessing training effectiveness.
