What You'll Do
- Manage client accounts and bring world-class candidates to address their dynamic needs
- Utilize our internal AI systems and technology to quickly source, match, and engage candidates
- Be part of a fun, positive, collaborative culture of future builders
- Wear multiple hats between strategic, tactical, and operational recruiting as we grow Moonhub
- Establish relationships with new and existing clients surrounding recruiting needs

- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter
- Drive to be the best and grow quickly
- Strong communication skills
US Applicants
- The expected total compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 in the US.
- This position is eligible for significant commission
