- Team Management
- Manage, inspire and empower a team of 4 Seller Success Managers, working on our EU markets
- Cultivate a high performance culture, ensuring that the team goals are aligned with Back Market’s ambitions
- Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and growth of your team
- Regularly monitor and analyze the performance take action to optimize results
- Sellers management
- Manage a portfolio of Large European sellers : build strong and long-term relationships to keep engaging them on Back Market
- Develop sellers’ sales on Back Market and improve their quality performance
- Identify and implement new business opportunities with sellers : enhancing product offerings and exploring new market segments
- Understand their challenges and address them promptly with the Seller Success Managers
- Innovation & vision :
- Shape the vision for your team in alignment with Back Market’s global mission
- Ideate, formalize and execute new seller programs to ensure steady growth, high levels of engagement, adoption and satisfaction
- Create strategic plans to capture market share, taking into account customer needs and industry trends
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐
- You have at least 8 years experience as a Sales team manager with proven track record of managing a complex portfolio on an international scale, while overachieving your targets
- A data mindset with strong analytical skills with proficient use of database tools (SQL is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce industry and deep understanding of the marketplace business model
- You speak English fluently, any European language is a plus (German, Spanish, French)
