About the role

WeWork India is looking for a Network Engineer, who will be responsible for managing the Cloud and OnPremise Infrastructure. 

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure availability of network services that include network connectivity, telecommunication systems, firewalls, routers, wireless, network monitoring
• Daily tasks surrounding the ticketing system to check and resolve incidents and request tickets that are in queue.
• Identify software and hardware lifecycle upgrade; determine upgrade path of device system software and hardware
• Performs network upgrades and refreshes by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements
• Ensure network devices/infrastructure is up to date on bugs or vulnerabilities.
• A highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills 
• Able to work in an environment with customers and other support teams located remotely

Experience and Qualifications

• B.tech or B.Sc in computer science or related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in enterprise wireless platforms (preferably Ruckus, Cisco)
• Experience on firewall security design, deployment and support (Juniper, Fortinet preferred)
• Troubleshooting knowledge on switching - Spanning Tree, Stack. 
• Experience in VPN technologies (IPSEC , SSL VPN) 
• General experience across a broad spectrum of network technologies (routing, switching, firewall, TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, UC etc.)
• Knowledge on AWS & AZURE cloud technology
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. Zabbix,Solarwinds)
• Working knowledge on with SIEM Tools like Splunk,Graylog etc.
