About the role:
As a DBA here at Skillz, you will play a major role in defining the database strategy across the company. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Head of Infrastructure to modernize our Database architecture. As we scale the business, you will work on identifying ways to maintain the security, stability, and performance of our databases while managing cost. You’ll also work directly with engineers to disseminate best practices and give direct guidance on schema design and query optimization.
