We need a skilled Senior Enablement Program Manager to spearhead our technical skills enablement program. You'll be the driving force behind empowering our tech team to continuously learn and stay ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Your mission: Develop and execute a global technical skills enablement strategy that fosters growth and success. This role is about creating and managing a program that empowers our team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential. By collaborating with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, you'll curate training and enablement materials and resources that enable the Toast Technology team to excel.
