About the role
The Senior Associate for Workforce Management (Senior Labor Management Analyst) will play a critical role in helping us standardize labor measurement and execution across our Wonder restaurant locations. This role focuses on developing and enhancing forecasting and reporting processes, especially as we start to transition to Workday. In this role, you will ensure that our team members and restaurant locations comply with scheduling regulations, such as New York City Fair Work Week, Philadelphia Fair Work Week, and internal Wonder best practices. This person is expected to collaborate closely with Field Operations to improve scheduling accuracy, ensure proper hour execution, and provide actionable reporting to key stakeholders across both field and corporate teams.

Base Salary: $113,000 (plus equity)
