About the Pricing team:
The team focuses on building robust, scalable systems to process real-time data for complex financial instruments. We work on integrating pricing algorithms, ensuring accurate market data feeds and implementing risk management and hedging systems to protect against market volatility.
Domain Knowledge Requirements:

FinTech Proficiency: Familiarity with products like FX, stocks, crypto and CFDs. Experience in software development for the trading or banking sectors

High-Performance: Experience in designing, building and optimising high-performance systems

Scalability: Knowledge about technologies that allow for platform scaling to handle sudden influxes of user activities or transactions

Security: Comprehensive knowledge of potential threats and security measures for transactional data
Technical Skills Requirements:

Java and Spring: At least 5 years of experience with Java and deep knowledge of the Spring framework

Scala and Akka: Experience with Scala and Akka is big plus

Network Expertise: Practical experience in network troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues

Operational Proficiency: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ops activities, Kubernetes, pipelines, and deployment strategies
