We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to work on an IVR middleware project. This project involves handling requests from Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems across multiple lines of business (LOBs) and routing them to backend services. The middleware processes and formats the responses from the backend then sends them back to the IVR system as required.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement software components according to the specifications.
Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution.
Perform development testing of software components.
Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines.
Proactively collaborate with the teammates to ensure that the project efforts proceed efficiently and with predictability.
Provide technical input into product roadmaps.
- 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot.
- Experience developing applications with micro-services architecture with Core Java/J2EE, Sprint Boot & Kubernetes platforms.
- Strong experience with SQL and No SQL database technologies.
- Experience with Azure or GCP cloud environment.
- Understanding of highly complex engineering systems like parallelization and multithreading.
- Experience with the unit (JUnit), functional, and performance testing methodologies and tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Python or Shell scripting.
- Experience with Kafka would be an advantage.
- Exposure to Jenkis would be considered as an advantage.
