In alignment with the growing targets and needs, we are currently on the lookout for a Senior Java Developer to become part of our tight-knit team Ancillary in Gothenburg, where you will be focusing on crafting engaging experiences for end customers. This role offers the perfect blend of complexity and enjoyment, where you'll thrive on challenges that propel your development skills to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust Java-based solutions
• Develop and maintain flight-related content creation systems with a focus on scalability and performance
• Analyze and optimize existing codebase to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to team members
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Back-end Developer, with a strong proficiency in Java and Java related technologies
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and design patterns
• Experience in creating flight-related content or working in the travel industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
