Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager in the IT industry.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and team management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to address challenges and drive consensus.
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a keen awareness of customer needs and priorities, prioritizing customer outcomes in decision-making processes.
• Experienced in working with data and facilitating workshops.
• Fluent written and spoken English & Polish.
• AzureDevOps knowledge would be a plus

Nice-to-have technical qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
