We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager (4700) with a strong IT background to lead our projects in the European market.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of the project management landscape in the EU.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones to identify deviations and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including executive management, customers, and project teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to projects in the EU.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, and operations, to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT project management roles.
  • Deep understanding of various technologies and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within the EU region as needed for project meetings, workshops, and customer engagements.
