Your Job
As Equativ grows beyond 20 locations worldwide (Europe, Americas, Asia), managing internal IT and security is a challenge on its own! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our established IT team.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French, able to work autonomously and proactive. He will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including onboarding/offboarding users, handling IT Desk tickets, configuring audio/video systems in meeting rooms, managing Google Workspace, managing our MDM, and many structuring projects.
✍️ Your missions
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to company policies and security protocols
- Handle IT Desk tickets promptly and effectively, providing technical support to all employees
- Purchase, configure and deploy new devices (laptops, monitors, TVs, mobile phones…)
- Advice, help and provide technical support to all employees worldwide
- Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and our SSO provider (Okta, JumpCloud, …)
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, including device provisioning, security enforcement, and migration strategies
- Manage and maintain network office infrastructure (Cisco), including Wi-Fi networks and firewall configurations (VPN), to ensure reliable and secure connectivity
- Configure and maintain audio/video systems in meeting rooms, ensuring optimal functionality for presentations and conferences
- Lead or participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or implementations, from planning to execution and documentation
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth
- Maintain relationships and partner with vendors to escalate issues, resolve problems, and track work to completion
- Manage, deploy and maintain IT systems with the help of an MDM (Intune, JumpCloud), the following operating systems must be known macOS, Windows 11
- Assist the automation of IT processes (Workato) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Write and maintain technical documentations in your scope
- Contribute to new projects management and work closely with the Security team on various technical initiatives
💪 About you
- You have at minimum 5+ years of experience in IT support
- Fluency in French + English
- Knowledge on Linux Ubuntu (desktop installation / configuration / usage)
- Automation tools knowledge (ideally workato but also Make, Zapier, N8N...)
- You’re organized and looking forward to bringing order to an ever-changing environment
- You love helping people and investigating to solve problems in a fast-paced environment, and you demonstrate strong customer service skills
