We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team as a Senior IT Asset Management System Leader. This pivotal role involves supervising, expanding, and optimizing the entire lifecycle of IT hardware assets while enhancing our asset management data and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives for global ITAM processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Solution Development: Propose and design solutions to enhance productivity and data accuracy including logical structure of requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with customers, global professional groups, and corporate teams to maintain and improve collaborative processes.

Data Analysis: Analyze asset data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for optimization.

Reporting and Metrics: Regularly review ITAM reports & metrics, to ensure the system and global teams' work are on track.

Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain ITAM standard operating procedures, training materials and documentation while addressing global teams' needs.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to asset management processes and related policies.

Forecasting: Provide management with Hardware purchase forecast based on analysis and trends.

Data Enrichment: Collaborate stakeholders across related platforms (eg., discovery, ITAM, CMDB etc.) to enhance data quality and completeness.

Leadership Communication: maintain regular communication with IT leadership team regarding asset management strategies and initiatives.

Process owner for Asset data in CMDB: overall responsibility of the data integrity, access, data system upgrade UAT.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in asset management systems, CMDB, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with Power BI – advantage.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.

- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role within a global enterprise IT environment, including team management.
- Proven experience collaborating with global teams.
