Our Patient Services team is at the forefront of the company mission to bring not only affordable prices, but to also deliver the best possible experience for all of our customers. We are a large team of customer service personnel who provide frontline support and manage the operations of our growing customer service and pharmacy teams. We are responsible to ensure that we scale efficient customer and pharmacy services while delivering excellent customer satisfaction scores. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead the end-to-end instructional design process for complex learning projects
  • Apply advanced instructional design theories and best practices to create learner-centric solutions
  • Develop comprehensive curricula, including training modules, e-learning courses, and blended learning programs
  • Create engaging and interactive learning content using modern authoring tools and technologies
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and objectives
  • Translate complex technical or operational concepts into clear learning materials
  • Oversee multiple instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness
  • Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning theories, and educational technologies
  • Mentor junior instructional designers and support team professional development
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through sharing best practices

What You’ll Need: 

  • CPLP certification or a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles, with a focus on digital and blended learning solutions
  • Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale learning projects
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive work ethic, constantly pushing themselves to learn 
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast paced environments 
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or contact centers is a plus
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for evaluating learning outcomes is a plus
