As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, your primary role will be to convert warm leads into sales and assist with initial customer onboarding. You'll expand your client base by providing exceptional service, generating referrals from existing clients, and exploring additional sales opportunities. Collaborating closely with your manager, you’ll support the launch of new initiatives aimed at driving sales performance. Additionally, you’ll mentor 2-3 team members within your pod, leading by example and embodying Booksy's values and principles
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify warm leads and conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements.
- Conduct product Demos and help clients to complete the initial set-up on Booksy App according to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients from initial contact to the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with your sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by utilising your own skills and experience, following the Booksy Sales Methodology, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Support and collaborate with the Onboarding team for the correct activation of the client.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Excellent management of your pipeline and ensure each lead is worked effectively by following the prescribed contact strategy
- Attend assigned meetings and training.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at trade fairs or trade events to attract current and potential Booksy customers.

Desirable skills :
- Industry knowledge (e.g. beauty, salons, nail tech, hair-dressing, SaaS, etc.)
- 5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Medium/high level of Salesforce skills
