Mission for the role
As the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, your mission is to oversee Popsa’s global influencer marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through authentic, creative partnerships with influencers. You will be responsible for building a scalable influencer marketing program that aligns with Popsa’s growth goals and resonates with diverse audiences across multiple regions.

What you bring to the team
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- A strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships and executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns
- Experience in the consumer tech or eCommerce space.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- A creative mindset with experience in content ideation and collaboration with influencers.
