What you get to do in this role:   

  • Collaborate with outbound product manager on product strategy and roadmap that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $30B+ in revenue
  • Develop a deep understanding on partners/channels use cases and success outcomes.
  • Working with UX Design team, guide prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Work directly with engineering team members to build products that solve market challenges and bring high-quality products to life.
  • Collaborate with a team of talented product managers and help them drive their respective areas.
  • Assume product ownership and accountability for ensuring partner satisfaction, and adoption of the product.
  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
  • Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
  • Drive the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in CS or other technical field or related equivalent experience
  • Have 8+ years of experience in core product management
  • Have ServiceNow Platform knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Are expected to be highly data-driven with commitment to drive the engagement towards business outcome and value realization
  • Should be hands-on, comfortable diving into complex issues and guide from the front with sleeves rolled up.
  • Are a problem-solver who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can guide with vision, ensuring that solutions not only meet immediate needs but are also scalable and adaptable for future use.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions, host webinars and influence exec stakeholders
  • Have experience defining and capturing functional product requirements and use cases.
  • Have ability to serve as a product lead, and coach junior team members.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,000 - $233,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
