The Implementation Manager acts as a liaison between the new client and internal departments including the product team, Exiger Advisory and Exiger Delivery. The Implementation Manager is held accountable for the successful transition of the new account through the implementation process. This position effectively establishes, maintains, builds and manages client relationships at all levels to ensure Insight 3PM and DDIQ, our Exiger Tech offerings, are successfully helping clients manage and identify risks. Additionally, this position is responsible for driving results with clients, with the goal of increasing their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be client-focused with the understanding that the client's best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery.
Approximately 20% of the position’s utilization will be dedicated to assisting the Exiger product team with product related activities such as writing JIRA tickets, writing and creating product specifications, business requirements and creating product mock-ups.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Can be assigned to a specific client for a dedicated period, acting as their dedicated support both internally and externally
- Acts as unique resource for the client, coordinating all other Exiger functions, stakeholders and departments towards achieving the client needs, while protecting also Exiger’s needs and interests
- Can act as subject matter expert to mitigate supply chain regulatory risks and help develop the client’s ESG maturity as it relates to sustainable and ethical procurement
- Is responsible to review the landscape of supply chain and other type of regulations, building or developing programs and activities related to compliance with them
- Serve as key point of contact and trusted adviser for client throughout or even after the implementation.
- Prepare and lead workshops. Take clients through all aspects of implementation including planning, customer setup policies and rules, system configuration (non-technical), client roles and credentials.
- Act as liaison/facilitator across and between the client and Exiger stakeholders to resolve implementation issues as necessary to meet client's needs and go-live timeline requirements.
- Serves as client advocate within Insight 3PM to identify and resolve or escalate product/service issues, detracting from an optimal client implementation experience, as needed.
- Leads internal process focused initiatives ensuring consistent standards are adopted across the practice.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on implementation status both internally and with appropriate client contacts.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Exiger’s core products, services and strategic services.
- Answers to direct manager regarding the activities connected with his position.
Duties
- Create for the clients control systems to assess, identify and monitor potential risks and liabilities within the supply chain, including human rights violations, forced labor, environmental concerns, and other ethical and legal issues.
- Monitor compliance regulation updates, trends, and best practices, helping the clients stay ahead of evolving regulatory expectations.
- Have the obligation to use and keep, in good conditions all the equipment and devices provided by the company so they may carry out the activity.
- Executes any other dispositions given by the direct management team in the fulfiment of the company's strategies, within the limits of the legal framework.

Professional Experience Required
- Proficient written and verbal English language skills.
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in compliance, risk management or due diligence roles.
- Proven experience building or owning programs related to supply chain due diligence, risk assessment, human rights, environmental, supply chain transparency or related areas
- Familiarity with key Supply Chain regulations, including forced labor laws, supply chain transparency/due diligence, UFLPA, and other relevant compliance frameworks
