Role and Responsibilities: 

Own Panaseer's technical delivery; primarily helping to deliver exceptional, predictable customer value.

  • Lead and own customer engagements from a technical point of view; be the Panaseer product expert.
  • Deliver in a standard, repeatable way. Maintain efficient working practices that optimise the value our customers receive.
  • Coach and guide other Implementation Engineers; champion technical excellence and best practice.
  • Be the voice of our customers across the company, understanding the value they receive and balancing their needs vs wants, mapped to agreed customer expectations and investments.
  • Acts as a role model in terms of achieving results and quality; challenges the status quo to improve our processes and ways of working.

Requirements

Who you are: 

You will have experience with: 

  • Working with technologies such as SQL, Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, Git, NiFi and Unix / Linux environments 
  • Building engaging partnerships with customers at all development stages; implementation, onboarding and adoption  
  • Problem solving to identify root causes and lead on fixes to technical issues 
  • Rolling out improvements to drive more optimal delivery 

 

Desirable skills: 

  • 6+ years of experience in customer delivery, technical delivery or software development 
  • Strong SQL and data analysis experience 
  • Ability to lead, own and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building/collaboration skills 
  • Ability to lead a team of customer facing technical engineers, providing coaching and mentoring to grow your team members professionally 

We also welcome applications from more experienced candidates who may possess more of the desirable experience outlined in the role description above and are looking for a more experienced role  (e.g. significant previous people leadership experience). A higher salary range and different role may be considered for such additional experience. Please advise us of your salary requirements in the application process

Salary range

$110,000-$130,000
