The M365 Identity Administrator will be responsible for planning, configuration, implementation, installation, performance tuning, and recovery procedures for Active Directory and Entra.
Key Responsibilities
- Migration of customer Domains and configuration of Entra and Hybrid Entra this including interoperability with other products in the M365 environment.
- Migration of Users and Objects to new domains.
- Configuration of Security with a domain to meet customer needs and Microsoft Best Practices.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of Active Directory & Entra issues – including root cause analysis
- Implement updates to site & services along with organizational units to meet customer needs an Microsoft Best Practices
- Create as built documentation for the customers environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sites, resources, and tools for business operations
- Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives
- Create, monitor, and maintain business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
- Familiarity with migrations tools such as Bit-Titan and Quest.
- Work with Project Managers to help guide the customer’s project to a successful outcome.
- Ability to work within a team setting and contribute to overall team success.
- Communicate, internally and externally, the status of the projects and expected completion dates.
Skills Required
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Active Directory Architect or Administrator.
- Microsoft Certification preferred
- Proficient knowledge of M365 Entra and Active Directory administration and related technologies including PowerShell
- Working knowledge/familiarity of M365 administration canters
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills
