We are looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Metrics and Reporting: Reporting will also constitute a key element of this role. The successful candidate will provide IAM-related metrics to the management on the standings of the IAM program.
- IAM Employee Awareness Training: He/she will also take charge of the development and training of employees on the domain of access, to alleviate risks stemming from lack of appreciation of system entitlements.
- Information Security Coordination: He/she may also aid Information Security in facilitating broader information security-themed projects and assignments relating to systems and data access.
- 5+ years of experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory environment.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud Computing.
- Meticulous IAM skills with advanced knowledge in Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in the JML process.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level Identity Management systems (e.g., IdentityIQ, Okta).
- Background in End User Accounts Management, Identity Access Management, and Privileged Access Management is mandatory.
- Experience administering 2FA remote access solutions (e.g., RSA, Duo).
- Experience in Exchange administration; creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders.
- Background in Information Security is preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of core technology and networking technology stacks, including but not limited to:
- Legacy and Modern IdPs such as Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID;
- Remote Access Systems;
- Database Servers - SQL, Cassandra.
- This position requires a candidate to work in the Mumbai office.
Nice to have:
- Experience in granting NTFS permissions for folders/files in a Windows Distributed File System Environment.
- Scripting proficiency in ZSH / Bash / Python / PowerShell.
