The primary responsibilities of a Senior ICT Business Relationship Manager (later BRM) are:
The BRM acts as a liaison between the ICT function and the business stakeholders, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment.
The BRM understands the business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translates them into ICT requirements, solutions, and services.
The BRM also ensures that the ICT function delivers value to the business, by managing the expectations, satisfaction, and feedback of the business stakeholders.
The BRM plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the business and ICT perspectives, and fostering a strategic partnership that enables mutual success.
ICT BRM is a member of Kekkilä-BVB Central Business Area business management team and Neova group ICT management team.
