As a Sr. HVAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our innovative hardware, directly impacting millions of homes and accelerating the shift to eco-friendly heating solutions.
What you will do:
You will design and develop innovative HVAC hardware for our vertically integrated product ecosystem, including heat pumps, all-electric systems, thermostats, and cooling devices.
Perform complex engineering calculations to determine optimal system sizing, performance, and efficiency.
Drive the development of features and functionalities that meet the specific requirements of European homeowners.
Develop and implement innovative technical solutions to achieve challenging design goals.
Create detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, system diagrams and test plans.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, controls) to ensure seamless product integration.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and trends.
Conduct and analyze performance testing to ensure products meet design specifications and industry standards.
