Job Title: Senior HR Specialist

Department: Branch Office

Location: ITC KSA

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Responsible for: HR Specialist, Admin Coordinator


Job Summary

The Senior HR Specialist holds the responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, including overseeing the recruitment of new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. The Senior HR Specialist also holds the responsibilities to develop and implement processes and procedures, HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The Senior HR Specialist will be required to manage the Government (authorities and agencies), representing the Company in all government related HR matters As part of the Branch Office team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for the particular department in accordance to the Company’s procedures.


Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: (Results this role is expected to accomplish)


General:

o Effectively administer employee benefits plans and policies, and employee relations.

o Support the Management in the development of HR strategies, plans, policies and programs.

o Oversee all HR operational activities and processes within the organiza

o Monitor and manage Saudization requirements and regulations.

o Implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Government Relations:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and agencies.

o Stay up to date with changes in labour laws, regulations, and Saudization requirements.

o Represent the organization in all government-related HR matters.

o Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to government compliance.


Communication:

o Effectively communicate with employees in both Arabic and English.

o Act as a bridge between employees and the HR department to address inquiries and concerns.

o Ensure clear and transparent communication of HR policies and procedures.
