We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Manager for a 3 months secondment contract role in Abuja. This strategic role will support the HR initiatives, drive organizational development, and ensure alignment with the client's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with the client's organizational objectives
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations as requested
- Partner with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives
- Provide strategic HR support to the leadership team
- Drive Stakeholder engagements and communication
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive HR management roles
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS software, HR analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in senior stakeholder engagement, change management and organizational development
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with HR operations in public sector preferred
