HRIS Management:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Create HRIS roadmap with input from HR stakeholders and collaborate with IT and internal HRIS team to ensure resources are in place to complete priorities.
- Ensure that processes are in place to ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy within HRIS.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Conduct regular audits and system upgrades to enhance functionality.
HR Operations:
- Ensure that HR operational strategies and processes are optimized to be consistent across the globe while ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.
- Coordinate with payroll and other internal HR teams (HR BP, L&D, Talent Administration, Benefits and compensation) to ensure consistency and alignment with global HR strategies.
- Manage compliance reporting for government related items such affirmative action, EEO, Vets, reporting
- Manage audit compliance for financial audits, customer audits, and technology audits.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Lead team to generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Lead HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor HRIS and operations team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment that is accountable for defined goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management and HR operations, with 4+ specific experience in all of Workday HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
