What does the role look like?

Are you an enthusiastic HR Project Manager? Do you want to work in an international team and shape the future of our products in a dynamic environment? If you want to drive performance and success of internal customer-centric solutions in People Development, then this is the right role for you.

  • You will be working for the Global People Development in Deutsche Telekom Headquarter with a dynamic, international team.
  • You are going to collaborate closely with our HR leadership teams and subject matter experts to identify and structure topics.
  • You will be managing or supporting strategic & complex HR projects or streams.
  • You will consult stakeholders on top management level and steer the decision making.
  • You will prepare complex decision papers up to board level.
  • You will analyze data to understand impact and value drivers.
  • The mindset and passion for innovation always with the customer (which is our internal employee) at heart. You are ready to join us in creating the best experience and opportunities for individuals, teams, and the organization to boost their performance.
  • You have proven experience in HR Project Management and Product Development, processes and IT platforms in one of the fields of skilling, learning, performance or engagement surveys.
  • You have ideally a proven complex project management or consulting background, used to adapt quickly to new challenges, structure and handle complex topics paired with the skill for compelling storytelling.
  • You gained experiences in organizational dynamics of an international company with a talent in persuading stakeholders on all hierarchy levels.
  • You have experiences in the pitfalls of designing, implementing and rolling out IT platforms together with an external global IT partner.
  • Proficiency in English is expected. German language skills (level B2) are a plus.
