Senior HR & Payroll Administrator

The Senior HR & Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs as well as monthly payroll related processes and reports. S/he will carry out responsibilities in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations and compensation & benefits administration. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in payroll and HR administrative function.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
  • Good time management skills, and able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
