Position Summary:
This global role, based in Kosovo, provides advanced operational, administrative, and compliance support to a dynamic, fast-paced HR department operating across multiple regions. The position encompasses HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance activities, with a focus on aligning global HR practices with local labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced in HR Operations within Europe, and skilled in navigating regional and cross-border Employee Relations and HR Compliance. The ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones, combined with cultural awareness, is critical to success in this role.
Essential Job Functions:
HR Operations:

Manage and coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including internal transfers, promotions, and organizational changes, with a focus on European regulations.

Partner with HRBPs, payroll, and local stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data across Europe and beyond.

Prepare offboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with European labor laws.

Respond promptly to inquiries from stakeholders in Europe, and other global regions via shared mailboxes and email.

Create and maintain operational documentation and correspondence that reflects company culture and aligns with regional best practices.

Provide HR reporting and analyze data to identify inefficiencies, recommending innovative solutions to improve global processes.

Support HR leadership with ad hoc projects, with a particular focus on European initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Operations:

Manage the full requisition workflow within the ATS, ensuring compliance with both European, and global hiring standards.

Support recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates across the recruitment lifecycle (onshore, offshore, full-time, contractors, and interns).

Oversee onboarding processes, including background checks, offer letters, and pre-hire documentation, ensuring compliance with European legal requirements.
ER and Compliance:

Support regional Employee Relations cases, assist with investigations and documentation for employee relations cases, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to local and cultural contexts.

Ensure compliance with European labor laws and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Conduct regular HRIS audits to maintain data accuracy and adherence to regional compliance standards.

Respond to compliance and audit requests, ensuring documentation aligns with region requirements.

Support HR leadership to update and implement local HR polices, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, including country-specific regulations across the region.
Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience in HR Operations in European regions, with global exposure preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Proven expertise in European labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices, with experience supporting cross-border teams and the ability to align with global standards.

Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms, with a strong understanding of their application in Europe.
Skills and Attributes:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS and ATS platforms essential.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR issues in regional and global contexts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages, particularly those spoken in Europe, are an advantage.

Ability to manage sensitive Employee Relations matters with discretion and cultural awareness.

Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, balancing regional and global priorities effectively.
