The Senior HR Manager at Brunswick Group will work alongside the APAC and global People team leadership to operationalize a regional HR strategy that enables all colleagues to excel. Based in the Hong Kong office, the Senior HR Manager will work in close partnership with the Chief People Officer, the Senior HR Manager, China and Japan, and other Regional People Leads to ensure that policies and initiatives are shaped and delivered in accordance with Brunswick’s strategic ambitions. It is important this person is highly collaborative and has an exceptional track record providing high-quality support for colleagues. They will be expected to act as a trusted advisor and reliable business partner to regional and functional leadership and other internal stakeholders, as well as provide continuous feedback to the specialist HR teams for ongoing process improvement.
Of utmost importance is the responsibility for executing processes accurately, efficiently, effectively, and consistently, to build the reputation of the People Function within Asia-Pacific. This role will have specific responsibility for the markets of Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, while also expected to work collaboratively with the Senior HR Manager, Mainland China and Japan. The expectation is these two roles will work seamlessly to service the diverse markets of Asia-Pacific as a whole.
