Senior HR Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist - People & Culture, you'll join forces with our People Team, Talent Acquisition, and Total Reward departments to ensure exceptional support for our global workforce in this fast-paced, rapidly expanding company.

You will provide tactical and strategic guidance and data-driven insights and support the HR compliance & Operations  contributing to  a fantastic employee experience, by supporting employees with documentation, data management support and front-line expertise.

By building strong connections and effective relationships  throughout the company, you'll drive the implementation of new initiatives and projects in the HR on the operations excellence space  to resolve blockers to success and promote enhancements on both a local and international scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a trusted advisor to employees, providing expert guidance on German labor laws (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and navigate complex employee relation issues while adhering to legal regulations and company values. 
  • Collaborate across departments to gather feedback and resolve employee issues efficiently.
  • Leverage your data analysis skills to run reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements for our growing team.
  • Onboard and cross-train new and existing team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Foster a positive work environment by proactively managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. 
  • Partner with the regional and European HR teams to implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. 
  • Champion change management initiatives to drive organizational excellence in a global setting. 
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data across various systems. 
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Several years of experience in a similar HR role (Administrator, Operations, Manager, Process Management, Employee Relations, Customer Service)
  • Solid understanding of German employment law and operational experience in tax and social security.
  • A genuine passion for people and their success.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and other digital tools.
  • A commitment to data privacy and secure handling of confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, adapting your style to different audiences.
  • A curious and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus.
